Goodr Donated Product Policy

Goodr, Inc. (Goodr) aggressively protects its donors from unacceptable practices involving donated items. We expect our partner organizations (and their associated agencies) to abide by this policy and report partners and agencies that do not. Goodr, Inc. takes such reports very seriously; all complaints are investigated. Organizations not using received items in compliance with this policy will be terminated immediately.

Goodr, lnc.’s Donated Product Policy is as follows:

  • Under no circumstances is product received from Goodr to be sold, bartered or exchanged.
  • Under no circumstances is product to be given to volunteers or employees as payment for their service.
  • Under no circumstances will an organization require monetary compensation from an individual/agency in order to receive products. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Administration/membership/maintenance/delivery fees.
    • A required minimum donation/offering.
    • Any other prerequisite that eliminates a free transaction.
  • The original donor (client) and Goodr are exempt from any liability resulting from the condition of donated food. The organization further agrees to hold Goodr and our clients free and harmless against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, causes of action and suits of law or inequity or any obligation whatsoever arising out of any action of the organization of any personnel employed or contracted by the organization in connection with its storage and use of donated food.
  • Partner organizations are responsible for the proper cleaning and storage of any Goodr, Inc. (Goodr) food transportation materials including but not limited to insulated bags, tote bags, etc. until a Goodr representative retrieves them from your facility. Replacement cost for lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the partner organization.

I have read and agree to adhere to this policy. I understand it is my responsibility as listed Highest Person of Authority to enforce this policy within my organization and that failure to do so will result in the termination of the relationship with Goodr, Inc.
